Hi, I’m Kelly


I provide online psychotherapy to Millennial and Gen-Z women, as well as couples who find themselves in these in-between seasons of your 20’s - 40’s. I’m not the type of therapist who nods in silence while you spiral. I’m collaborative, candid, and believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real conversation. I’ll challenge you gently when needed, offer perspective when you feel stuck, and help you see choices that overwhelm and self-doubt might be hiding from view.

This isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you feel more at home in your life.
