The Chaos of Your 20s-40s
Somewhere between “figuring it out” and “having it all together,” you find yourself in the messy middle of your 20’s-40’s — navigating career shifts, relationship changes, and the quiet panic of “is this it?”
Maybe your relationship is stuck in a loop of the same fights, or your navigating what “us” means after a big change. Maybe you’re single and wondering how the dating apps somehow keep making things worse. Maybe your career feels less like climbing and more like running in place. Or maybe you’re exhausted — exhausted from always saying yes, from bending over backward to keep the peace, and from feeling like everyone else got the cheat codes for adulting.
I work with
millennial/gen z women and couples who find themselves in these in-between seasons - where you’ve outgrown the old way of doing things, but the new way hasn’t fully taken shape yet.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real conversation. I’ll challenge you gently when needed, offer perspective when you feel stuck, and help you see choices that overwhelm and self-doubt might be hiding from view.
This isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you feel more at home in your life.

“Finding yourself” is actually returning to yourself. An unlearning, an excavation, a remembering of who you were before the world got its hands on you”
